Subject: April 21, 2007 HYBLL Picture Schedule

Hello everyone,

I have attached an excel spreadsheet with the picture schedule.
Pictures will be taken in Deicke Park (off Rte. 47) by the pond.

Please have your team there 15 mintues PRIOR to your scheduled time slot,
IN FULL UNIFORM, with their shirts tucked in.  In the event of rain we
will be in 1/2 of the rec. center gym and NO CLEATS are allowed in the
gym, tennis shoes only please (only if it rains, otherwise cleats in the
park are ok).  There is no picture re-take day so if members of your team
or yourself cannot be there for whatever reason that day they will not be
in the team picture or have individual pictures taken.

Please remember to bring with you the white envelopes I handed out at the
Team Mom meeting, PMI needs those that day.  Also remember to bring the
HYBLL Yearbook order form with you that day and write your teams names
on them in the order they are standing for the team photo on the back of
this form.  Please bring checks only for the yearbook orders made out to HYBLL.
